HISTORY
WALTER WHITE
At age 24, Jesse's former high school chemistry teacher, Walter White, approaches him and blackmails him into cooking meth with him, to fund his cancer treatment and provide for his family after his death. Prior to meeting Walt, Jesse was a low-level drug dealer and a mediocre cook at best. Being dragged into Walt's orbit changes the course of his life dramatically, until the ultimate, inevitable conclusion:

"Ever since I met you, everything I've ever cared about is gone. Ruined, turned to shit, dead!"
JANE MARGOLIS
A dead body disposal gone awry makes Jesse's house uninhabitable and forces him to find a new place to live. He quickly bonds with his new neighbor, Jane. They began dating and are soon spending all their time together, and for possibly the first time in Jesse's life, he finds someone who not only accepts him for who he is, but introduces him to the possibility of more. Jane encourages his latent artistic skills, brings him to museums, and gives him validation and approval. Unfortunately, their addiction issues both get the better of them, and Jane, who had been 18 months clean prior to meeting Jesse, ultimately dies of an overdose, a fact for which Jesse blames himself.
KiLLING GALE
When Walt's life is threatened by their employer, drug lord Gustavo Fring, Jesse winds up being forced to kill Walt's former cook partner in order to keep them both alive. Despite being witness to death in the past, this is Jesse's first murder, and the only time he kills an entirely innocent [aside from the illegal drug manufacturing] person. The act haunts him, plunging him deep into depression and a return to using meth.
DEATH OF DREW SHARP
Jesse's moral breaking point comes when a young boy spots them robbing a train car to fuel the meth-cooking business and their assistant, Todd, shoots the boy to prevent a witness. Jesse's already seen too many people die as a result of his and Walt's work, but the cold-blooded murder of a child is too much for him to endure. He tells Walt that he's done with the meth business and just wants to get out, a demand that Walt refuses to accept.
CAPTIVITY AND ESCAPE
Unwilling to let Jesse walk away, Walt decides to have him killed, but ultimately he is instead turned over to Todd and his uncle, neo-Nazi and gang leader Jack. The gang keeps Jesse hostage for months, sleeping in a pit in the ground, chained up and forced to cook meth during the day, and tortured for their amusement. The safety of his girlfriend Andrea and her son is held over his head to keep him in line, and when he does finally snap and make a run for it, Todd kills Andrea in retaliation. By the time Walt kills the gang and Jesse escapes, he's truly lost everything, his body and spirit all but broken.

appearance
Jesse's monster form is the kelpie. The Kelpie is a shape-shifting water demon from Scotland, usually appearing as a horse but sometimes as a handsome youth, who charms people – most often children and young women – into drawing near or climbing on its back and then pulls them down into the body of water they call home (source). As dangerous and potentially deadly as these creatures are, they're also viewed as protectors, warning children away from the dangers of the deep.

Jesse's transformation will take place in stages. At first, he'll have no distinguishable physical changes apart from his eyes becoming even more vividly blue. If he's unable to stop or reverse the transformation through sex or violence, his transformation will continue. He'll begin to take on watery-blue horselike characteristics, first transforming into a centaur and only at the extreme stages of his transformation into a full-fledged demonic horse.

POWER LIST
ALLURE | As Jesse begins to transform, he may appear as more attractive and alluring to other characters. His powers of charm and persuason will increase, potentially to the point of irresistability.

behavior
In the beginning stages of Jesse's transformation, he'll become hyperfocused on convincing others to indulge in pleasure with him, whether through sex, mind-altering substances, or anything that feels good. In keeping with his monster theme, though, the indulgences will quickly turn to overindulgences, with Jesse unable to stop himself from metaphorically drowning his target (drinking to the point of unconsciousness, sexual exhaustion, overdoses and potentially eventually death).

As his transformation deepens and he begins to physically change, his urges will shift from pleasure-seeking and a desire to seduce or draw in others to a desire to protect. This may manifest as possessiveness, overprotectiveness, and eventually, protection from himself. As he becomes less and less human, he'll attempt to drive others away; he'll be past the point of verbal communication and operating on base instinct, only knowing that he's dangerous and the best way to protect others is to keep them as far away from him as possible. At this stage, he'll be more violent, and it'll take either violence in turn or a powerful emotional connection to cut through and subdue him, one way or the other.
